Five years ago, Becca joined Susie's Boot Camp. Back then, exercise was something she made herself do. Now it's something she looks forward to every single day.
"What once felt like a chore has become something I look forward to every single day. My strength, confidence, and determination have grown tremendously. Boot camp offers so much more than just physical training — it provides mental stimulation, motivation, friendship, and the opportunity to connect with an incredible group of people."
Together, we've shared some fun and amazing adventures. There is such a strong sense of community within the group.
But for Becca, the most significant part of her journey has been getting back to running. In her 20s she considered herself a runner — until training without any strength or conditioning work led to ongoing knee problems that eventually forced her to stop completely.
"Fast forward 20 years. Through bootcamp and Small Group PT sessions, Susie's constant encouragement and unwavering belief in me have allowed me to rebuild both my confidence and my ability to run — this time with the body strength to let me progress. What started as a weekly social run through the beautiful local countryside has led me to my latest challenge: an ultra-marathon."
Susie has supported me every step of the way — from daily encouragement to personalised training programmes, advice on nutrition, kit, mindset, and recovery. Absolutely everything is considered and covered. She genuinely cares and goes above and beyond for every single member.
