With over 20 years in the fitness industry, I founded Orchard Wellness because I believed there was a better way. A real community built around movement, not just a gym.
I'm a Level 4 Personal Trainer, Schwinn-certified Spin Instructor, Sports Nutritionist, and Running Coach. As an experienced ultra-distance runner, I bring real-world experience into every session alongside the qualifications.
I'm also a firm believer in the importance of strength training: not just for performance, but for long-term health at every age.
Three things drive everything I do: a love of running, a passion for the outdoors and the joy I get from helping people discover what they're truly capable of. There is nothing better than watching someone surprise themselves. And I get to witness that every single day.
